Dear friends, creatures of the night and curious mortals –It’s finally here! My new Halloween song and music video “HALLOWEEN ZUMBA” has just been released on YouTube!
This one has been a journey through shadows. I’ve been working on it for a long time – recording, cutting green screen, animating ghosts and fog until my computer almost screamed. 😅
This is my 5th Halloween song, and my 55th release in the #OneSongAMonth project – which has now been running for 5 years!For the numerology lovers out there: 55 is the number of change, creativity, transformation and freedom – and honestly, that fits perfectly. This project has changed me more than I ever expected.
🕯️The track is an original composition by me – a ghostly 1700s-inspired but modern Halloween piece.I wrote, produced, played piano and sang on it – and (hopefully!) kept it clean enough for YouTube not to ban it like some of my earlier Halloween tunes. 😈
In this spooky musical adventure I’m joined by:🧛♀️ Missy Crown Kim Malm – the mysterious masked apparition with Romanian rap and lyrics she created in her native language.🌲 Nadja Itäsaari – “Kvistsågerskan Nadjuska”, the melancholic forest creature singing haunting backing vocals.🐺 Francisco De Silvestri – my fantastic partner in crime, who appears with a hand-animated werewolf head and guitar.🎬 Video by yours truly – crafted with green screen, animated fog, a haunted forest and far too many late nights.
