Are you a music creator looking for a place to record music, produce or create podcasts?
A fully equipped recording studio at Brewhouse Gothenburg will become available in January 2027.
We are now looking for someone interested in taking over the studio premises on the fourth floor of Brewhouse in Gothenburg and to Rent a recording studio.
The studio consists of a separate vocal booth and control/mixing room, designed to provide a great environment for both recording and critical listening. The space features a floating floor and is fitted with professional recording equipment, giving you everything you need to develop your creative projects – just bring your own computer.
A creative space with history
Brewhouse has a unique history. The building was originally Apotekarnes old soft-drink factory, built in the mid-1930s. What is now the Brewhouse Arena was once the large factory hall where drinks were bottled.
Today, the arena hosts concerts, showcases, conferences and other events, while the building itself has become home to companies and creatives working within music, media, film and related industries.
Since 2004, the former factory has been transformed into a creative hub. On the fourth floor – where Melisha has had her recording studio since August 2012 – Apotekarnes laboratory and cooling tower were once located.
Today, instead of soft drinks, the building is brewing music, audiovisual art and new creative ideas.
Available from January 2027
The studio premises will be available from January 2027.
Brewhouse is owned by Higab, and applications from anyone interested in taking over the premises will be submitted to and handled by Higab.
